I enjoy Ambar takeout, but the buffet is great!!! The Tadka Daal and Chili Chicken has just the right amount of kick to it, perfect for me! Since I live over 20 minutes away, I usually stick to certain menu items for takeout. The buffet is a nice way to try additional offerings I wouldn't normally order (If I try something new once I get home I don't want to drive another 40 minutes to get a different item). As of today, I'm adding Saag Mushroom to my list of carryout go-to's from Ambar. This may become a weekly lunch spot!
